The twin villas are in the southwest part of the island of Corfu (Kerkyra). They are:
25 kilometres from the city of Corfu (Kerkyra) and the port;
22 kilometres from the airport;
5 kilometres from the tourist resorts Moraitika and Mesongi;
3 kilometres from the beautiful and picturesque village of Aghios Matheos;
1 kilometre from the fine and well-known Beach of Chalikouna.

Beaches:

 - Chalikouna
The pristine Beach of Chalikouna, considered one of the cleanest beaches in Corfu (Kerkyra). It is a sandy beach 2.5 kilometres long. It is virtually a narrow sand strip that separates Lake Korissionfrom the sea. The best feature of the Beach of Chalikouna is its soft sand dunes.

 - Prasoudi, Skidi, Paramonas, Kanouli and Skala are some of the nearest and sandiest beaches in the area. It is worth noting that Prasoudi is a beach that has been awarded a blue flag. It is so well organised that you are sure to spend moments of unequalled relaxation and repose there.

Food:
Within a very small distance from the villas, you will sample the superb Corfiot cuisine as well as the island’s fresh fish in restaurants and taverns. Do not hesitate to try the local traditional dishes like bourdeto, pastitsada, bianko and sofrito.

Sights:

- Century-Old Olive Grove
The entire region is famous for its immense olive groves and large olive trees. Many of them date back to the end of the Venetian rule in the Heptanese. The visitor can marvel at the silvery green colour of the leaves that blends in harmoniously with the blue of the Ionian Sea.

- Byzantine Castle of Gardiki
The Byzantine Castle of Gardiki dates from the 13th century. It is an octagonal fortress with architectural members of ancient buildings that still survive in its courtyard.

- Mount Pantokrator
Mount Pantokrator (which can also be viewed from the villas), 350 metres high, is also known as ‘Gamilio Oros’ (Wedding Mountain) because, according to mythology, Jason married Medea there after the Argonautic expedition in 390 BC. On its top, there is a monastery of the same name. The natural beauty of the mountain emanating from its wild forest fascinates even the most demanding visitor. Oaks, holm oaks and cedars make up a unique landscape.

- Palaeolithic Cave of Grava
On the way to the Beach of Chalikouna and after the Castle of Gardiki, roughly halfway Mount Pantokrator, the visitor encounters the Palaeolithic Cave of Grava. The archaeological finds of primitive civilisations discovered in the cave are on view in the Archaeological Museum of Corfu (Kerkyra).

- Lake Korission
The famous Lake Korission (which can be viewed from the villas), 6,300 stremmas (630 hectares), is shelter to over 100 species of birds. The lake’s ecosystem consists of its shore zone, the lake itself, and the Cedar Forest of Isos. The lake’s ecosystem is protected by the Community Directive Natura 2000.

- Cedar Forest of Isos
A natural sight, the Cedar Forest of Isos is a place where migratory birds on their way to Africa can rest. It stretches from the middle to the end of the sand strip that separates the lake from the sea.

- Pedestrian Paths
On the local maps of the Municipality of Melitieon, the visitor can discover mapped routes 20 kilometres long that start from the village of Aghios Matheos, pass round the forest of Mount Pantokrator, lead to Chalikouna and cross the Cedar Forest of Isos.
